I must brag about this location. It is in a rural area but the experience was beyond expectations. Everything was neat and clean. The lobby area, our room and the pool area (places I noticed the most) Staff is friendly and helpful at all hours. Right by Walmart and local hospital. Also, the check-out time at this location is a plus!
The hotel was very clean and inviting. The works were polite and kind. They were very knowledgeable about all my questions and concerns.

This is our first time staying at a tru hotel. as somebody from an older generation used to staying at other types of hotels. The rooms were clean. Everything was nice, but it caters to a younger clientele, which is not their fault. It's their business model, but it's not something we would probably use again. Because we are used to rooms with microwaves, etc. And this one is very minimal. This is the only major hotel in this town
Very nice lobby and sitting areas with game room entertainment selections, a small convince store of snacks, and more private work cubicals. And, there are actual throw pillows, 3 of them, on each and every seating spot/area. Free coffee however you take it. Makes for cozy inviting atmosphere right when you come inside lobby. Very clean and well maintained front area and lobby restrooms. Friendly staff, too.
Our stay at Tru by Hilton in Crossett, Arkansas was so good. Walking into the hotel we noticed how clean it was and how good it smelled. The staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Devin who checked on us regularly by text messaging. She was quick to respond to questions, offer suggestions for lunch and dinner, and just made sure we had everything we needed. The Continental breakfast was great with several options and lots of fun toppings to fancy up your breakfast. The lobby area was so nice with plenty of charging options, cute little cubbies if you needed a place to work, and a pool table. I honestly can't say enough about this hotel. My only regret is that there isn't more to do in the area so we have more reasons to stay there however, if you find yourself needing to go anywhere in that area, stay at Tru by Hilton.
Good stay! Was not here long. Would stay again, if in the area.
